Culture Central is looking for an Action Learning Facilitator & Critical Friend to support the Charter for Equity pilot from March-December 2026.

Fee: £8250 (inclusive of VAT where charged, excluding any expenses)

Purpose of the Role
Culture Central is seeking an experienced Action Learning Facilitator & Critical Friend to:
- Facilitate structured action learning sessions with pilot organisations/Freelancers
- Act as a critical friend to the Charter development process
- Provide a live feedback and evaluation loop
- Support the co-design of tools, resources, and a practical toolkit
- Strengthen the learning, accountability, and development of the pilot
Scope of Work
The facilitator will work closely with Culture Central to:
- Deliver Action Learning
- Design and facilitate action learning sessions
- Create structured space for challenge, reflection, and peer learning
- Support translation of insight into organisational action
Act as Critical Friend & Live Feedback:
- Act as a critical friend to Culture Central and the Charter Pilot organisations and the process
- Provide ongoing reflection on what is working and what needs adjustment
- Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Support real-time adaptation
Support with Evaluation, Learning & Tool Development
- Support development of practical tools and resources
- Co-design elements of a Charter toolkit
- Contribute to learning capture and light-touch evaluation
Deliver Planning, Design & Administration
- Planning and preparation
- Learning and session design
- Documentation and resource development
Time Commitment & Fee
Total fee: £8,250 (inclusive of VAT where charged and excluding reasonable expenses)
We anticipate this work to be approximately 15-20 days delivered between March-December 2026, and would include:
• Admin, planning & preparation
• Delivery (including workshops/action learning sessions)
• Critical friend, evaluation & tool development
